This Ruger manufactured barreled receiver is for the Mark I semi-auto target pistol in 22 LR caliber and is in very good condition retaining most of its original blue finish with light wear and the balance exhibiting a brown patina. The barreled receiver is designed for the adjustable rear sight (sold separately) and the barrel is 6 7/8" long and tapered with a band at the muzzle section designed for holding its front sight blade and pin which are missing. The bore is bright and rates excellent. The receiver is the only part on the Mark I pistol that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receiver and barrel assemblies do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.  (file photo)
